Muscle group targeted: Triceps (back of arm)
SETUP/STARTING POSITION: Stand up straight in front of a triceps cable machine and grip the rope or bar. Keep your knees slightly bent and your feet hip-width apart. Your elbows should be at your sides, and your upper arms should be perpendicular to the floor. Keep your shoulders down and a little forward.
